Prices are inclusive of all taxes. We currently benefit from the French small-business VAT exemption (Art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code).

Everyone pays the same. We do not set personalised prices based on automated decision-making.

The two trials cannot be combined, and each is available once per person. No minimum commitment is required to take either.

Before the first charge at the end of the 60-day trial, we email you the date and the amount, between 14 and 4 days before the trial ends.

Cancelling

One step, online, any time, using the "cancel your contract" button in your account. No call, no letter, no reason required.

Access continues to the end of the period you paid for; nothing further is charged. We email you the end date and what cancellation means.

Refunds

Full refund on request within 14 days of any charge, no conditions. Details in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

EU consumers additionally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal running from sign-up, exercisable online through the "withdraw from your contract here" button (model form).

Renewal

Subscriptions run for one month or one year and renew automatically for the same term.

For annual plans we email a dedicated reminder 45 days before renewal, with the cancellation deadline in a clearly marked box.

Any price change is announced at least two months before renewal; if you do not accept it, the contract ends at the end of the current period at no cost.

What the service does not promise

No minimum service level is offered. There is no uptime commitment and no email delivery-time commitment.

The selection is non-exhaustive by design: it rests on automatic filters and models that keep running in degraded mode, on a capped number of results, and on PubMed being available. Scienda flags publications; it makes no recommendation, no suggestion and no medical advice, and substitutes for neither primary sources nor the practitioner's judgement.

Guarantees, complaints, mediation

EU consumers have the statutory guarantee of conformity for digital services (Arts. L224-25-12 ff. of the French Consumer Code), applying for the whole life of the subscription.
